Reception at Aparthotel Sea Fort is open 24 hours a day.

Check-in and Check-out time

Check- in time is at 12:00 pm, Check- out time is at 10:00am.To extend your stay until 18:00pm, you will be charged 70% of the full price of your appartement. After 18:00pm, you will be charged the full price of your stay. .
Every extended stay you must inform our reception desk one day prior.
Every guest is obligated to report their stay at our reception desk with a valid identity documents. The document will be returned as soon as entry in our guestbook is completed.
Persons other than registered guest are strictly prohibited from staying at the Hotel. Guest are also requested not to invite visitors to their appartements.

The hotel bill

The payment for your accommodation can be made by cash or by credit card upon arrival after check-in. Please be inform that cash payment is possible only in EUR.
Accepted credit or debit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro. 
We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Do you plan to stay in our hotel again?
If so, we would be glad to make a reservation, please contact our reception desk.
When you leave the aparment, please close all the windows and doors, switch of all appliances in the apartment and return key card at the reception desk.
Loss of key card must be reported immediately to our reception desk.
Check out is not possible without a prior verification suites. If we find dammage occured of the inventory during your stay in the apartment, damages will be charged by the price list at our reception desk.


Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at Aparthotel Sea Fort, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found'. If an valuable is left in the apartments after the guest has checked-out, it will be placed in our Lost & Found store. For any items left behind, guests should get in touch with us. We will ship items back at the owner's  expense.
Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within thirty (30) days, will be discarded.


Breakfast is served in the indoor part of the restaurant for period of 08:00 -10:00h.
With a reach buffet breakfast, the breakfast offers a la carte menu with large sellection of local and international dishes, a diverse range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and our wine list.
On your request all orders from restaurant can be consumed in the apartment, with a additional 20% of which you pay in the restaurants prices.


Within hotel there is a garage, where is possible to park the cars for an extra charge in the amount of 10 euros.

The corridors and public areas

In the public areas please don`t hang unsuitable clothing such as pajamas,underwear swimsuits etc.
Getting around without shoes in any public areas of the hotel is not allowed.
We kindly ask each guest to be careful and do not express the noise that can disturb other guests.
We kindly ask you to dispose beach program at the place where is provided and do not enter the elevator and the apartments with it.

Tidying up and maintenance of the apartments

The hotel will change your towels and linens in designated period for it.
Towels are changed daily and are intended to use for use in apartment only. It is forbidden to take out from apartment.
Bed linen is changed after 3 days of use, at your request we will gladly change of linen, more often with some payment, which you can check out at our reception desk.

No smoking

Cigarettes consumpition is prohibited in all public areas and in the hotel suits.
Guest smokers, please take care of other guests in our hotel. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and balconies outside of the apartments with careful disposal of cigarettes butts.

Business services

Apart hotel disposes meeting room with capacity of 50 people.
To send or receive the mail , photocopying, printing or scaning documents, please contact our reception desk.

Additional benefits to your request

If you need additional sheets, hangers, towels please contact our reception desk.

Laundry and ironing

If you use this service, it is enough to put clothes in the bag which is made for this kind of service - just mark the number of your apartment.
Your clothing will be return back in one day. The price list for this service is attached into the house rules.
